CoreVista is built around a core team of four experienced SAP practitioners, supported by offshore delivery developers. Every client gets the same depth of expertise, the same quality of thinking, and the same accountability — regardless of engagement size.
Most SAP firms grow their headcount as a commercial strategy — more consultants means more billable hours. The result is delivery pyramids where a handful of experienced practitioners manage a larger group of junior consultants doing the actual work.
CoreVista is built the other way around. We deliberately keep our core team small so that every client engagement is led and delivered by experienced SAP practitioners. No junior shadow teams. No handoffs halfway through. The consultant you meet at the start of the engagement is the one doing the work throughout.
When engagements require additional development capacity, we scale through a trusted network of offshore developers — governed, reviewed, and signed off by our senior architects at every step.
Each member of the CoreVista core team brings a distinct area of expertise — together covering the full spectrum from technical architecture and delivery to business process design, project governance, and market presence.
Deep technical and functional expertise across S/4HANA Finance, Supply Chain, Plant Maintenance, and Procurement. Leads solution architecture, configuration governance, and design authority on every implementation and advisory engagement.
Direct industry experience in asset-intensive sectors — Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, and Aerospace & Defense — bringing operational credibility to every recommendation made on client programs.
Specialized in business process design, target operating model definition, and SAP program delivery. Brings cross-industry experience in process optimization and BTP architecture, and leads SaaS application design across both SAP BTP and AWS environments.
Works equally effectively in SAP and non-SAP contexts — making this role the primary lead for business process and TOM engagements where technology choice remains open.
Responsible for delivery governance across all active engagements — project planning, RAID management, status reporting, and client communication. Ensures every program runs on scope, on schedule, and with full transparency from kick-off through to handover.
Also manages CoreVista's internal operations — vendor relationships, offshore developer coordination, and the systems that keep a lean consultancy running efficiently.
Leads CoreVista's market presence, content strategy, and client development. Translates complex SAP and business transformation topics into clear, accessible messaging — through the website, insights content, and direct client outreach.
Responsible for ensuring that the right organizations find CoreVista at the right moment in their SAP journey — and that what they find accurately reflects what the team delivers.
When engagements require additional development capacity — SAP configuration builds, BTP development, or SaaS application construction — CoreVista scales through a network of experienced offshore developers.
This is not a cost-cutting model. It is a delivery model that allows us to resource technical work efficiently without compromising the senior oversight and accountability that defines every CoreVista engagement.
All offshore work is scoped, governed, reviewed, and signed off by our senior SAP architects. The client relationship, the design authority, and the delivery accountability remain with the core team — always.
"We are a small, senior team — and that is a deliberate choice. Every client gets the same depth of expertise, the same quality of thinking, and the same accountability. No handoffs to juniors. No delivery pyramids. Just experienced SAP practitioners doing the work."
